Sleep Habits Survey (SHS)

The Children's Sleep Habits Survey (SHS) assesses children's self-reported sleep habits.

Generation R used an abbreviated version of the SHS, which included 13 questions derived from the Sleep Habits Survey - part 1 (sleep habits). Items included at what time children go to sleep on school nights, as well as on weekends, what time they wake up, the most important reason they go to bed at that time, and how they woke up.
