Pediatric Daytime Sleepiness Scale (PDSS)

The Pediatric Daytime Sleepiness Scale (PDSS) assesses self-reported daytime sleepiness in middle-school children. It consists of 8 items on a 5-point Likert scale, such as "How often do you fall asleep or get drowsy during class periods?", and "How often do you fall back to sleep after being awakened in the morning?".
