    The Aandachttekort Stoornis met Hyperactiviteit (ASH) questionnaire is based on the 14 items of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as used in the DSM-III. The child’s behavior is rated on a four point scale varying from “not at all” to “very often”. Items are related to attention deficit, impulsivity, and hyperactivity.
