Pregnancy history

Pregnancy history is an assessment of the history of the pregnancy, and includes information about previous (outcomes, birth week) and current pregnancies (e.g., how many ultrasounds, manner of getting pregnant), the fetal development, perinatal complications (e.g., fever, diabetes, pre-eclempsia, divergent ultrasounds), perinatal substance use (e.g., alcohol, cigarettes, recreational drugs, antibiotics, contraceptives, medicines, etc.), and the context of the labor.
