Pain Coping Inventory (PCI)

The Pain Coping Inventory (PCI) assesses the maternal response to pain in herself, using 9 questions that were answered on a 4-point Likert scale (1 = seldom or never, 2 = sometimes, 3 = often, 4 = almost, or always), such as ‘I do something that I find enjoyable’.

In Generation R, an adapted version of the PCI is used.
