Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)

The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) assesses sleep over the previous months in several formats, including filling in times, as well as scales, rated on a 4-point Likert scale. Items from the instrument can be combined to form 7 components: Subjective sleep quality, Sleep latency, Sleep duration, Habitual sleep efficiency, Sleep disturbances, Use of sleeping medication, and Daytime dysfunction.
