Liver enzymes

Liver enzymes, for instance Albumin, Jodide, Aspartaat Aminotransferase (ASAT), and Alanine Transaminase (ALAT), measured with traditional enzymatic tests, such as Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISA).

In NTR projects YC_ACTIONBB1_1, YC_ACTIONBB1_2, YC_ACTIONBB2, and YC_ACTIONBB3, urinary creatinine was measured using a colorimetric assay kit according to manufacturer’s instructions (Cayman, Ann Harbor, MI, USA see: Appendix 2 dissertation Fiona Hagenbeek (https://hdl.handle.net/1871.1/ff5055ee-113a-45f7-a40f-8a624cef4c84) and https://doi.org/10.3389/fpsyt.2020.00165). In NTR projects YC_ACTIONBB1_1, YC_ACTIONBB1_2, urinary albumin was measured with ELISA (see Appendix 2 of https://hdl.handle.net/1871.1/ff5055ee-113a-45f7-a40f-8a624cef4c84 and https://doi.org/10.3389/fpsyt.2020.00165).
