Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES)

The Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) is a validated assessment of self-reported positive fulfillment at work (e.g., "I am enthusiastic about my job", "I am completely absorbed in my work). It includes the subscales vigor, dedication, and absorption.

In TRAILS, only three items from the UWES were used.
