Parenting Practices (PP)

The Parenting Practices (PP) questionnaire is a validated instrument to assess parental monitoring and control in a child's daily activities. It includes how much parents know about the child's personal life (parental knowledge), how much the child shares with their parents (disclosure), how much parents ask about the child's daily activities (parental solicitation), and how controlling parents are with respect to the child's daily activities (parental control).

In TRAILS, a selection of items from the parental control and the child disclosure subscales were used.
