Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ)

A food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) consists of a finite list of foods and beverages with response categories to indicate usual frequency of consumption over the time period queried.

In YOUth, two versions of the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) were used. One version specifically concerns the food and nutrition of pregnant women and was used in the Baby & Child cohort (Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) - Pregnancy). The other version concerns food and nutrition of the child and was used in the Child & Adolescent cohort from 2028-04-05 onwards (Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) - Youth).
