Sleep Self-Report (SSR) is an assessment of self-reported sleeping behavior and feelings. It includes items on bedtime routines (e.g., sleeping in the same bed every night, falling asleep quickly, sleeping with a doll), sleep disruptions (e.g., waking up in the middle of the night, nightmares, pain), and perceptions of sleep and sleep quality.
