    The Sleep and Settle Questionnaire (SSQ) is a validated assessment of infants' sleep and settling behavior and parent’s level of concern with such behaviors. It includes sleep patterns, time to settle to sleep, duration of crying, baby temperament, parental confidence, parental attributions to solve unsettlement, and parental distress.
