Life Events Scale

The Life Events scale assesses the presence of a wide range of important events in the respondent's life, such as death of a spouse, close relative, or friend, divorce/separation, personal illness or injury, job loss or job change, sexual difficulties, financial problems, etc.

NTR uses a Dutch version of a life-events scale, adapted from scales used in the Finnish Twin Cohorts which were based on the Holmes-Rahe scale and the Trauma History Screen instrument.
