Dipstick

Urinary dipstick (Siemens, Marburg, Germany) was applied to the first thaw of the urine samples either by dipping in the residual urine volume after aliquoting or by dropping urine on the dipstick to screen for signs of infections in the urine and to measure leukocytes, nitrite, proteins, glucose, and blood presence in the urine.
