Wave alternate title	YNTR survey age 5 YS_5
Short description of the wave	The YS_5 survey is sent to the mothers around the 5th birth year of the twins (mean age = 5.52 years, SD = 0.55 years). The survey includes items on child care and school, growth, zygosity, toilet training, asthma and eczema, fine motor coordination, language development, and problem behaviors as assessed by a short version of the Devereux Child Behavior Checklist (DCB). The booklet includes an extra section for fathers of twins to report about behavior problems. From 2011 onward, items on child care and school, living and family situation were updated and items on wellbeing were added. From the second half of 2015 the short form of the Childhood Behavior Questionnaire (CBQ) was added. From 2017 the surveys no longer have a separate section for the father.

The booklet includes an extra section for fathers of twins to report about behavior problems. From 2011 onward, items on child care and school, living and family situation were updated and items on wellbeing were added. From the second half of 2015 the short form of the Childhood Behavior Questionnaire (CBQ) was added.
