GC-MS organic acids

Gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) platform targeting organic acids.

In NTR, GC-MS organic acids were measured in urine. Chromatic separation using helium as carrier gas (1,7 mL/min) was performed on a 30 × 0.25m ID column with a film thickness of 25m (HP-5MS UI). The mass spectrometer (Agilent Technologies, Waldbronn, Germany) with a single quadrupole using electron impact ionization (70 eV) was operated in SCAN mode (mass range 50–500).
