Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) platform targeting steroid hormones.

Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) platform targeting urinary steroid hormones. Using an Acquity UPLC CSH C18 column (Waters), with a flow of 0.4 mL/min over a 15 min gradient, chromatographic separation was achieved by UPLC (Agilent 1290, San Jose, CA, USA). Samples were transferred to a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (Agilent 6460, San Jose, CA, USA) with electrospray ionization.
