Utrecht-Management of Identity Committments Scale (U-MICS) - Work identity

The Utrecht-Management of Identity Commitments Scale - Work Identity (IW) assesses four processes: 1) work commitment, work in-depth exploration, work reconsideration and work in-breadth exploration as a youth self-report scale.

Domain: Work identity. In RADAR Old Wave 6, 7, and Wave 12 to 14, and RADAR Young Wave 9 to 11, the subscale Work In-breadth Exploration was excluded.
