Short Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36)

The 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) assesses mothers’ physical and mental health-related quality of life. Items are rated on a 3-point Likert scale, or rated as a yes/no-item.

In Generation R, only 6 items of the mental health subsales were administered.
