Cannabis Experiences Questionnaire - Intoxication effects checklist (CEQ-I) - Short form

The Cannabis Experiences Questionnaire - Intoxication effects (CEQ-I) questionnaire assesses the presence of euphoric and paranoid-dysphoric effects of cannabis intoxication, such as enhanced perceptual awareness, paranoia, feeling threatened by an unknown force, and feeling depressed. The CEQ-I short form contains a selection of 13 of the original 42 items rated on a 5-point Likert scale.

In Generation R, an adapted version of the CEQ-I - short form, and a subset of the initial reactions to tobacco and cannabis list were used. 12 items cover the frequency of euphoric and dysphoric experiences associated with alcohol, tobacco, cannabis and laughing gas use on a 3-point Likert scale.
