Health Behavior in School-aged Children (HBSC)

Health Behavior in School-aged Children (HBSC) assesses child eating habits and movement. Eating habits questions include the frequency of breakfast, intake of fruit and vegetables, intake of sugar-sweetened beverages, eating breakfast/dinner together with parent, snacking behavior and going to fast food restaurants, and locations of having lunch. Movement questions include the frequency of physical activity, commuting, playing computer and other sedentary habits.

In the 13-14 years measurement wave, children only reported on movement.
