Stanford Feeding Questionnaire (SFQ)

The Stanford Feeding Questionnaire (SFQ) assesses children’s picky eating behavior in the past month, such as only eating a limited number of foods, accepting new foods, and separated preparation of meals.

In Generation R, at ages 9 and 13, parents indicated the occurrence of four picky eating behaviors on a 5-point Likert scale. At age 17, 6 items were assessed.
