Teacher Report Form (C-TRF)

The Teacher Report Form (C-TRF) is part of the Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment (ASEBA) taxonomy and is a validated instrument to assess psychiatric symptoms in both clinical and research settings. The ASEBA caregiver/teacher report version for youths 1½ to 5 years old includes the syndrome scales Emotionally Reactive, Anxious/Depressed, Somatic Complaints, Withdrawn, Attention Problems, and Aggressive Behavior, the DSM-oriented scales Depressive Problems, Anxiety Problems, Autism Spectrum Problems, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Problems, and Oppositional Defiant Problems, and the broadband scales Internalizing, Externalizing, Stress Problems, and Total Problems.

In TRAILS Next, the syndrome scales anxious/depressed, withdrawn/depressed, somatic complaints, social problems, thought problems, attention problems, rule breaking behavior, and aggressive behavior were included, as well as the DSM-oriented scales depressive problems, anxiety problems, somatic problems, attention deficit/hyperactivity problems, oppositional defiant problems, and conduct problems, and the broadband scales internalizing, externalizing, and total problems.
