    Actigraphy estimates children's sleep on both week and weekend days by wearing a tri-axial wrist accelerometer (GENEActiv, Activinsights, UK) for 9 subsequent days on their non-dominant wrist. From the actigraph, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and sleep arousal can be assessed.
