    The Cyberball task is a computerized game used to study the effects of social exclusion on individuals. Participants play a virtual ball-tossing game with other players, who are actually controlled by the computer. The participant is sometimes excluded from the game.

    Peer nominations were assessed with a computerized tasks administered at schools. Information on self-reported bullying, victimization, peer-reported perpetration, peer acceptance and peer rejection within school classes was obtained, resulting in a peer network. Data were obtained through peer nominations and self-reports of the child and their classmates.
